Kids fashion for the cold Autumn days

It is September and LINGO school is up and running! But we decided to give you a somewhat different text, which is not so education-wise... Or is it? See for yourself!

September is usually a very traumatic month for some parents. Not only do they worry about the kids’ books and notebooks, but also about socialization of their children! How will they fit in? Are they going to like their new friends? How are they going to respond to the teacher? So many questions emerge, and I guess that parents deserve a little break! Don’t you think so?!

That’s why today’s post is going to cover the „light side“ of September. And that is fashion, of course! Not only adults want to look good, kids are fond of it, too. So, let’s take a journey.

First, we shall thread into the Armani empire, in which they paid great deal of attention to kids’ couture. Armani Junior is the name of their kiddy branch.

They have something really special for the boys, and those are chequered blazers, which will make your wee gentlemen look super-cute. Also, there is a revival of the „college jackets“, the ones you know from the famous movies like Grease and American Graffiti. Seeing your „little John Travolta“, wearing Grease-inspired outfit is priceless!

For the girls, on the other hand, Armani fashion troops are suggesting the knitted dresses in which your little princesses look very elegant. I remember, when I was a kid, I had a whole lot of knitted things. My granny was a passionate knitter (she said it calmed her nerves...), so I was rather fed up with the knitted stuff. Now, when I mentioned this, I can say: Boy, was she nervous..! Armani also suggested florals, especially in the shape of dresses and jackets. Flower-Girl-Power is the mantra for this season, according to Armani.

Now, let’s make one thing clear: Armani is the Magician of fashion! So, the prices are... well... „magical“!

And if you survived the „pricing shock“, let’s move on with a more affordable brand, H&M.

In the girls’ department, at H&M, we notice the lovely tutu-like skirts. It’s no real wonder, because almost every girl, at least once in her life, dreamed about being a ballerina!

Also, there is a return of the winter combat-like boots, which are similar to those that Dr.Marten’s makes. Now, they may look a bit „harsh“ to some, but the girls wearing them look really sweet! If you are a pacifist like me, just bear in mind that this is only a „fashion play“, and not the real thing. At the end of the day, it’s better to wage fashion „wars“ than the real atrocious things...

H&M haven’t forgotten the boys. No way! The keyword this season is „jackets“. The leather ones are really prominent. Hopefully, the faux-leather, because you should teach your kids to be eco-friendly from the very early age!

To wrap this whole thing up, it needs to be said that we are not saying that you should be fashion victims! No, no, no! These were just suggestions how to look tres chic at the early age. The bottom-line is to wear what you and your kids like and what makes you feel comfortable and nice. Tell your kids just to be themselves. And remember: Creativity is the word! At least, we at LINGO school think so!
